In year 2000 we began to dream of recovering the viniculture for Traslasierra: now we're glad to introduce the first wine from Traslasierra.
We choose this location because of its ideal features for growing grapes with a potential. Its height (900 meters above sea level) and climate, its virgin soil, the absence of other plantations in the area and its untouched bio diversity make this a unique place because of its sanity, what gives a healthy and fruity wine.
Our vineyard has some 1,400 Cavernet Sauvignon and Malbec plants, which we look after all the year round. Our little stone wine cellar counts with all the latest equipment in order to guarantee all the natural properties of our vines.
From the loving care of each plant to the effort taking at harvest and the careful following of the wine making process, we proudly offer our produce:
NOBLE DE SAN JAVIER. Noble like the vine that yearly offers its fruits against the hardships of the climate. Noble like the algarrobo tree that gave nurture to the ancient people of these hills. Noble like the natives who live in harmony with nature and are part of it. Like our wine, born from the land and from our passion.
