Our 7-colors beer is Ale-type and it is prepared in 3 versions: Pale Ale, Scottish Red, and Stout. Adapting original recipes to the mountain water we obtained the best results: a beer that is natural, conservant-free and with the best taste of Argentinian malts and hops.

In order to stamp our personal signature at the moment of using hops, this year we started our own hop plantation. Our brewery has controlled temperature fermentation vats for achieving the best balance for the yeast, which is responsible for the beer's soul. We carbonate it naturally and we age our bottles in a controlled climate.
